Authored Iraq’s NDC 3.0 mitigation chapter and led the technical pathway from greenhouse-gas evidence to agreed mitigation scenarios. The work combined sector modelling, policy review and stakeholder engagement with senior Iraqi decision makers and UNDP-supported working sessions.

  • Developed integrated mitigation scenarios across Iraq’s energy, industry, waste and land-use sectors.
  • Aligned BAU and mitigation scenarios with Iraq’s GHG inventory and BTR, and developed the ICTU table for the Paris Agreement ETF.
